Ginger powder is fast, easy, and full of flavor! If you like ginger on your sushi or ginger in your tea, you will love ginger powder. Ginger powder makes it easy to add ginger in unique ways. Try adding it to a stir-fry sauce or a tofu marinade.
Time & Temperature: Dehydrate at 117 °F / 47 °C for 6-8 hours.
Equipment: SAHARA Folding Dehydrator.
- Ginger (any amount works)
- Peel the ginger.
- Slice into thin strips. The thinner you slice them, the faster they dehydrate.
- Dehydrate on 117 °F / 47 °C for 6-8 hours.
- Grind the dehydrated ginger in a spice grinder. Store in an airtight jar in a dry place.
