Orders & Shipping
We are working hard to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Please contact us about any order or shipping issues or questions you may have!Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if any items are defective or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! If your order arrives damaged, is stolen, is mis-delivered, or is lost in transit, please place a claim directly with SavedBy. *Please note that by declining shipping protection with SavedBy during checkout, you acknowledge that Brød & Taylor is unable to replace or refund orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, or mis-delivered during transit.
Order Tracking
After ordering, you will recieve a link to your custom order status page. On this page, you will be able to:
- View your order summary and details
- Check the status of your shipment
- Re-order products
- See real-time updates on the location of your shipment
- Opt in or out of Messenger, SMS, and email notifications
- Contact us with any questions or concerns
If for any reason you want to change or cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has not shipped yet, we should be able to cancel it immediately and refund you. *Please note that our Customer Service Department is available Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4pm
Shipping
At checkout, we offer Economy and Expedited shipping options (depending on the product and your location). All orders include free Economy shipping in the continental United States. Before shipping, we check every order for any address verification issues. If we expect there may be trouble in shipping, we'll contact you to verify your address and make sure your order arrives safely!
Please allow 1-2 business days for handling; orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Depending on your location, we will select the best carrier to make sure your order gets to you on time. Please note: Brød & Taylor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping Protection
To give you added peace of mind, we’ve partnered with SavedBy, our shipping protection provider. SavedBy offers optional protection for your order in the event it is lost, damaged, mis-delivered, or stolen during transit. If something goes wrong after your package leaves our warehouse, SavedBy makes it easy to file a claim and get a quick resolution, so you’re not left waiting or wondering what happens next.
What is SavedBy Package Protection?
- SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help.

- SavedBy varies depending on the price of your order. It will automatically calculate once you begin to add items to your cart.
How do I use my SavedBy Protection?

How long do I have to wait until I can receive a new package?
-SavedBy can help send a new package within 1 business day! Sometimes it may take more, but in most cases they are very quick to resolve any issues that arise.
Will SavedBy reach out to me directly?
-SavedBy will send you an email confirmation once you have placed an order in our store that includes their SavedBy Package Protection. Keep your eye out for it! If you have any questions for their team, or have filed a claim, they will email you directly with any questions, updates, and resolutions. International Shipping
We are happy to offer shipping from the US to all of Latin America. All of our products ship to Mexico, and all non-electronic products ship to Central and South America. Please note that we do not ship spare parts internationally.
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there will be no surprise fees at delivery.
