Order Tracking

After ordering, you will recieve a link to your custom order status page. On this page, you will be able to:
- View your order summary and details
- Check the status of your shipment
- Re-order products
- See real-time updates on the location of your shipment
- Opt in or out of Messenger, SMS, and email notifications
- Contact us with any questions or concerns

If for any reason you want to change or cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has not shipped yet, we should be able to cancel it immediately and refund you.


At checkout, we offer Economy and Expedited shipping options (depending on the product and your location). Orders over $99 include free Economy shipping in the continental United States. Before shipping, we check every order for any address verification issues. If we expect there may be trouble in shipping, we'll contact you to verify your address and make sure your order arrives safely!

Please allow 1-2 business days for handling; orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Depending on your location, we will select the best carrier to make sure your order gets to you on time. Please note: Brød & Taylor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer shipping from the US to all of Latin America. All of our products ship to Mexico, and all non-electronic products ship to Central and South America. Please note that we do not ship spare parts internationally.

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there will be no surprise fees at delivery.
