I wrote to find out who could repair my folding proofer, and whether the service people thought it would be cost effective. They asked for the model number, and I responded that it wasn't under warranty, and I just wanted to know how to go about finding someone local. They answered that if is the current model, they can offer an out of warranty repair, and they'd email a shipping label and add it to the repair bill. The shipping both ways cost more than the repair itself, but they made it so easy I said "Yes, please!" I boxed it up, took it to the UPS Store, and a week later, I had a functioning proofer. I am beyond pleased with the service.
