SmartLife App Connectivity
Your Proofer Pro’s temperature and timer settings can be controlled via the free SmartLife app (iOS & Android). To get started, download the app and create an account.
To enter Bluetooth/WiFi pairing mode on your Proofer Pro, press and hold the Light button for 5 seconds. The WiFi symbols will start flashing, and when connected to the SmartLife app, the WiFi symbol will stay illuminated.
Step by step

Install the SmartLife app, open it, and select “Register” to create an account with your email address.
Plug in your device and ensure it is in pairing mode. Follow the instructions provided with your device.

Add your device in the app and follow the on-screen instructions.

Select your WiFi network, enter its password, and wait for the device to connect.

Confirm the connection and complete the remaining setup steps in the app.

Before cleaning, always unplug the unit and allow it to reach room temperature. For routine care, wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
- If necessary, use a mild soap, then wipe again with a clean, damp cloth. Dry thoroughly with a soft towel.
- Water tray and sheet pans: These components can be hand-washed with warm water and mild soap. Rinse and dry completely before returning them to the unit.
- Do not place any components in the dishwasher.
After each use, leave the door open until all interior surfaces are fully dry. Wiping down the interior and emptying the drip tray will speed this up — this is especially important since the Proofer Pro maintains high humidity during use.
If you use it frequently, do a quick weekly inspection of the interior for any flour, food residue, or moisture buildup.
If you find mold, unplug the unit and wipe all interior surfaces with a food-safe disinfecting cleaner. Let it dry completely, then run the unit at maximum temperature for one hour with no water inside and the door closed. Finish by leaving the door open for at least one hour before your next use.

When you are done with the Proofer Pro, remove the water tray to hand-wash and completely dry. If the water tray is left inside the unit with water and the door is shut, mildew can develop over time. If any condensation forms inside the unit, wipe it dry before closing the door. For best results, allow the interior to fully air out after use by leaving the door open for a short period of time.
