Perfectly Suited for My Home Baking

Great purchase for my home baking. Very easy to set up and use. Keeps my starter and dough at the perfect temperature. Haven’t had the opportunity to use it for other things, but I can tell it’s quite versatile and not a unitasker.

loving this proofer

I have been baking for many many years in an old drafty house and have truly struggled with proofing methods! I have tried just about everything I've come across without the best results. I came across this proofer by accident but am dang glad I did. Its compact but has one hell of a punch. The only thing that I wish was different is the size, it is big enough for standard 9X13 pans but not my beloved cast iron pans which I prefer to glass or metal. Still love the proofer, have only had it for about a month and have already used it more than I can count and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easier method of proofing..

Great in Northern Climes

Rave reviews from our family in Quebec so we had to buy one specifically to use in the spring and winter in north Canada when you really want fresh bread with/or a good slow cooked meal. This is a winner, it has been used a few times and have only positive reviews; it heats up quickly, it’s easy to assemble and to clean & it stores flat!!! 🇨🇦🍁

Very useful to have a predictable temperature environment for when I want to reactivate refrigerated sourdough starter and then during the proofing stages. Ca n you make bread without it; yeah but this takes one of the big unknowns out of the equation and allows me to focus on recipes.
