Great mat

It is a great mat. I didn’t read and thought it would fit on the tray for the proofing box. It’s a little bigger than that but still can use it in there and can use of other things too. Nice quality

I use these on cookie sheets for baking or roasting veggies. Food peels off easily and they clean up nicely after using. They replace parchment paper and foil, so I feel so environmentally responsible. Love them!
