Its naturally non-stick properties prevent dough from sticking and make cleanup easy.

The tight-fitting lid helps maintain consistent humidity and temperature, ensuring a perfect rise. Volume markings on the side make it easy to track dough height. Fits perfectly in the Brod & Taylor Folding Proofer, and two containers can be stacked inside.
