Absolutely a great helper resulting in beautiful crust and crumb. A love match for great sourdough. It’s a keeper. Thanks for the wonderful tool. No more fighting temperature extremes. A big plus in this arsenal is constant temperature for the mejur pave that came out of the oven today.
