Great kitchen equipment

This is a very well-made piece of equipment. I have the refurbished model, and while it is a little fiddly to get the smallest settings in place, overall, this makes rolling out dough evenly so seamless that I have to pace myself. Thank goodness I have a freezer! I have only experimented with laminated dough so far, but I think this would also work well with pie dough, though I will have to explore how to produce a round shape rather than rectangles. This was an investment, but it was worth the expense!

Game Changer!!

Purchasing this sheeter was a huge investment for my home baking business, and one that I thought about for a long time. I researched all the options available, and this one was really the only one of its kind. It works perfectly, and is cutting down on my labor time as well as saving my wrists and shoulders from pain and issues down the road. I definitely recommend it if you are hand-rolling stiff doughs like pie or sugar cookie. The 1mm adjustments make it very versatile, and it's opening up a lot of options I wouldn't have considered if I had to hand-roll them!

An excellent piece of equipment

Simple to set up, simple to use, simple to clean, and simple to put away. In the few weeks I've had my machine I've made croissant a half dozen times. Honestly this thing should come with a gym membership just so you can work off all the pastry that's now almost *too* easy to make.

I'm rather looking forward to summer fruit season. Croissants have been trivial, so pie and tart crusts are going to be a breeze with this.
