I’m so glad I invested in the Brod & Taylor 15.5” dough sheeter. I bake a lot, and thanks to this machine I was able to achieve a perfect laminated dough for croissants. It’s easy to set up and use, everything is smartly designed to assemble and disassemble without hassle. I also love that the blue side of the board is meant for laminating and cutting dough, while the white side is for laminating only. I’ve found it so versatile—I use it not just for laminated dough, but also for rolling pâte sucrée and brioche dough.

LOVE this simple machine. It turns very easily and does not slide around on my prep table. I cranked out breadsticks and cinnamon rolls on a trial run. Saves a lot of time. I also tried croissants and cruffins but had an epic fail at the end😣. Prepared right, laminated right, proofed right temp. At the last minute I thought they should “warm up a little” before baking! Bad move, butter probably melted in to dough, awful. But, machine is dream to use and next week will be perfect! Good looking, well constructed machine. So glad i bought it.
