Great products however terrible Australian customer service! Purchased a carry case for my proofer along with the proofer, waited for months to receive it, I never did. I was then told it was sold out despite it saying it was in stock and allowing me to pay for it. I was provided with a partial refund with the promise that they will honour the $49.95 price for the proofer without the additional shipping fee as I had already purchased $517.80 AUD worth of products including the carry case. They never honoured their promise and instead increased the proofer case to $79.95 when it came back in stock! More than a year and a half later I’m still waiting for support to respond! Seriously I’ve tried to be as patient as possible but this is ridiculous! 🫠 I would love to speak to someone in customer care higher than the same support officer because he hasn’t responded to me since May 2025 and the original box I put the proofer in is wearing out! I would like the original sale to be honoured!

The proofer was a gift for my husband who demands good quality bread (he is French). He has been making sourdough bread since retiring 2 years ago but was never satisfied with the results - until now. We did not have the right temperature and space to proof. With this proofing oven, the bread smells better, looks better and tastes better. The day after receiving it, my husband started using it and makes at least one loaf per week. He is very grateful and pleased with the results and the ease of use (he is also planning to make some yogourt and kefir!) This is exactly what he needed! Thank you!

Love this product. Maintains dough temp as promised. Haven’t tried for yogurt making yet. Easy to store.

Just right for my more often than weekly bread making, barely too small to do a large loaf or multiple loaves easily but could get different sized pans easily. Not yet tried for yogurt or kombucha or slow cooker, at least 4stars maybe 5stars after I see how long it lasts.
