How can I change my payment method/payment terms?

I have additional shipping location(s) – how can I get them added to my account?

I thought you didn’t have order minimums (MOQs) – why can’t I order fewer than a certain quantity on certain items?

For our products that come in small quantity cases (quantity 8 or fewer), we prefer not to break case packaging. It allows for faster warehouse packing and shipment preparation.

My pricing looks wrong.

The pricing on some of our items increased in November 2025. New economic realities caused an increase in supply chain costs across U.S. businesses. Brød & Taylor has taken decisive action to minimize the impact on our customers while ensuring uncompromised quality. We remain committed to creating innovative products to support bread bakers globally. How can I return something?

I received damaged product.

Please reach out to sales@brodandtaylor.com with the product name and SKU, a description of the damage, and pictures.

When will my order ship?

For orders under 150 pounds where all items are in stock, your order should be processed by our warehouse and shipped out within 48 hours. For larger orders, additional processing time may be required.

I didn’t get any confirmation emails about my order.

Please ensure that your order was successfully submitted and if it was, please allow 24 hours for the automatic order status email to be sent. If after 24 hours you still haven’t received email confirmation, please reach out to sales@brodandtaylor.com.

Can I place a drop ship order?

At this time our system is not set up to accommodate drop-shipping. As our business expands, we will be actively exploring ways to allow customers to drop-ship in the future.

There is an item I want to order but it isn’t in stock. When will it be back in stock?

We try our best to avoid stockout situations, but when they do occur, it is often hard to predict when we will be re-stocked. Please reach out to sales@brodandtaylor.com with product name and SKU of the item you are interested in and we’ll try to give you an accurate timeframe of when the item will be available again.
