My proofer will not turn on. What should I do?
Check that the power plug is pushed securely into the socket on the side of the proofer, then press the ON button firmly. You may want to verify that the wall socket is functioning correctly with another appliance. If your proofer still will not power on and is under warranty, call our customer service center at (800) 768-7064 for detailed instructions.
Who do I call if I think my proofer is defective?
You may e-mail service@brodandtaylor.com with a description of the problem (e-mails are normally answered within 4 hours, 7 days a week) or call (800) 768-7064 (8 AM – 8 PM EST Mon-Fri). We will give you advice on how to identify a possible problem with your product.
Where do I send my proofer for service?

I was given this as a gift. Can I return it?
