My first impression of this proofer was a positive one. The simple design is amazing—the way it unfolds into a box that will hold two large loaves of bread and when you’re finished it folds flat and is so easy to store in an out-of-the-way place.

What really amazed me was how well it did in proofing the dough. The uniformity of the loaves was perfect, not like when they are set on a counter with a towel covering them and having a warm side and a cold side, having to keep turning them to try to keep them even.

I know that I am going to enjoy using it. I make bread two or three times a month. I haven’t bought a loaf of bread in ten years or more.
