I am 12 years old and my passion is cooking. I love to make Italian food and pizza is one of my specialties. The only problem is finding a consistently warm place to rise the dough for a few hours. The Brød & Taylor Bread Proofer makes this easy. Instead of having to stick a pan of boiling water into the oven every 20 minutes, I just put the dough in the bread proofer, press a couple buttons, wait a couple hours, and when I come back, my dough has risen to perfection. This is taking my pizza-making to a whole new level!
